  1. OCD takes an inch and makes a mile. CBT takes those miles and, after hard work, turns them back into inches.

      So true Roy :)

      Remember it takes time though guys and you will have good days as well as bad, but keep going, stay determined, it’s not something you can change overnight :)

      When, after the CBT work, the miles then become inches and slip out of central focus - well then the leaps of faith, the trust in others the exposure and response prevention, keeping busy to shut out the disorder - it all comes together; and it is truly am-az-ing :)
