Very hot.. I sent the staff home at midday, well they were all home, but I told them to stop working and stay cool.

We hope to restart our daytime online support groups from later in February and the evening group from later in March.

I discovered this week I have a niece that is old enough to have a job.. how did that happen! I should not be old enough to have a niece that is old enough to have a job.

I also accidentally dropped a puppy on its head today and made it cry.... ooops. All good, he was letting me stroke him a couple of minutes later. In my defense he wriggled out of my arms as I was lowering him down.

For the second time in a month my year long wait for a break as been cancelled. Not a happy bunny (again). Although I understand of course, I'm still ******.

Good morning painful rib, thank you for reminding me you're still there and making bending down a breathless exercise.

Just nipped to get lunch from supermarket, it's worse than Christmas! FFS. Boris did not say "Avoid crowded pubs and all crowd in the supermarket instead". Supermarkets will remain open, food will continue to be delivered to supermarkets. I appreciate you're anxious, but come on!

Struggling to even lift my glass of coke today!

Had two weeks of a virus and bored with it now. Two weeks of coughing violently when I lay down to the point I throw up. Not had full nights sleep in weeks.

Thank you everyone for sponsoring. I did it, it was challenging but 95 mile course (a hill was closed due to accident shortening to 95 from 100) but getting to and from start/finish line I did about 110 miles cycling on the day. I did it in a time of 7hr 40 which is slow, but I had to stop 7 times to get water/pee so that added at least 5 minutes per stop and a few bottlenecks and accidents meant we were held at times so I lost at least 20-30 minutes there. My target is to get under 7 hours next year. Will post about an OCD issue later.

I think I have washed my shirt in sweat today.... it's hot!

Having ridden 60 miles on the bike yesterday. I have to say, sitting down is rather uncomfortable today.

I'm expecting a Gemma shaped visitor to the OCD-UK office later.
