    First day in a month  I haven't needed meds or gel for pain in right knee!

      It's really great. 

      And I needed to tackle the long grass on the lawn in sessions over the past week. 

      So I bought a neoprene moderate support knee brace and wore that while I was mowing. 

      I think without the brace I might have been in trouble, so I think it's already paid for itself :)
